The Obion County Board of Education will meet in regular session December 9, 2013, at Obion County Central High School at 7:00 p.m. Prior to the meeting, the school will provide a meal beginning at 6:00 p.m.

School will be dismissed before lunch (1/2 day) December 20, 2013 through January 6, 2014, for the Christmas Holiday. Classes will resume on Monday, January 6.

This board meeting was originally scheduled for Monday, December 2, 2013, but was changed at the request of the board chairman due to there not being enough board members present on December 2nd for a quorum.

Background Information:

The consent agenda consists of the monthly personnel report and the monthly financial reports/business activity.

In addition, as of 11/25/2013 the following item(s) has/have been removed from the technology inventory system and taken to the Obion County Recycling Center:

(00) computers
(00) monitors
(01) printers
(00) laptops
(01)projector

All of the above equipment was in non-working condition or of no value due to usage and age. A document describing the equipment is attached.
